Yesterday I managed to stay awake all through the evening. I did, however, get sleepy around 8pm but I pushed through it. To nutshell Day 10, it was emotionally exhausting. I won't get into specifics but I was up and down beginning since the morning during my commute to work until I arrived home later in the evening. Right now it seems as though I'm exhausted easily. This 20% reduction of Effexor hasn't seemed to bring on side effects that have knocked me out cold, so for that I am thankful. Below were my symptoms for the day.

-Headache- on and off (5)
-Hot Flashes (9)
-emotional sensitivity (8)
-nausea - in waves (6)
