My cousin helping me prep my dosages for the last 6 weeks of my weaning process. She has been an absolute angel with all of her help, her understanding and PATIENCE! Love you, Adi

On October 1st, 2013 I began weaning off of Effexor (Venlafaxine XR). I decreased my dose weekly by 10% and have ceased all intake of the medication as of December 15th, 2013. (Follow my journey from day one, here.)
