I have always found it a pain in the behind to have to take vitamins, minerals & supplements. My opposition isn't because I have issue with actually taking them but issue instead with the having to lug the darn bottles around or worse yet, having to fit my huge horse pills into tiny fairy bins they call a pill case that will only store two or three pills at a time. Nope. Not doing it. Needless to say, when I began the road back program I was not so excited to have to take so many supplements, take so many a day, and because I run around all the time, lug them around with me. This caused many
"what is that rattling in your purse?"
"Pill Queen!"
"OMG why is your purse so heavy, what do you carry in here, rocks!?"
Sooooooooo..... I had to think up something and think up something quick because I knew that I'd more than likely become inconsistent with the program if I didn't find a more convenient way of getting my shizznit together. Introducing the Make-Up Bag & Poly Baggies!
STEP ONE: FIND A SHMEDIUM MAKE-UP BAG I found a shmedium make-up bag in my things I intended to use but never did because I have a bad habit of wasting my money basket and found it to be the PERFECT size. Shmedium fit the pills that I needed and it didnt take up too much space in my purse, and best of all, it didnt rattle!
STEP TWO: PURCHASE SMALL 3"x4" POLY BAGS
and fill each one with the supplements that you take daily. When doing that, use a sharpie to write down the name of the supplement and the dosage you are to take daily. (Note: the sharpie on my bags have slightly worn off, but these bags have lasted me the entire 56 days and should last me until the end of the program.) I really only have to refill the bags once a week or so and so it lends itself to a very easy and convenient process.
