Last night I decreased my dose by yet another 10% placing me at 18.5mg. That is half of the 37.5mg capsule that I would at start of this process take 3 of every night. I've had the "elephant headache" (defn: What my cousin likes to refer to my headaches as because it feels like an elephant is sitting on my head) all day today, and for parts of the day have also felt as if I needed to crack my neck, but can't. I've been in a constant hot flash all day as I've run around with new hires and end of the year deadlines, but nothing that this young lady can't handle. 
I'm at 18.5mg's.... EIGHTEEN POINT FIVE! I can hardly even believe it for myself and I've lived it. I am BLESSED.
I've thought about what my journey would have been like if I hadn't found the road back program and I've acknowledged the fact that if I hadn't, I may not have come this far, so quickly. Shoot, I may not have come this far at all. God has definitely shown mercy on me and my messy, self-destructive ways. 

That being said, It's come to my attention that when labeling the bags that I keep my pills and their decreased amounts in, we skipped a week. Therefore, even though I am on day 70, my last day is not day 77 but instead day 84. (Wish I would have realized this prior to titling this blog and its url, Ha!) So, I am on my 2nd to last week. I did allot an extra baggy labeled "extra week" on the off chance that I feel that I need to extend the last 10% dose but, I'm remaining faithful that I won't.
